Hi ion
This link about n3000 series and you answer limitation of n3000 donnot set destanation port only physical port
this topic about nexus 9K series that can be destanation port in monitor session as port-channel
But port channel so up and down

what model of Nexus 9K
FEX and SPAN port-channel destinations are not supported on the Cisco Nexus 9500 platform switches with an -EX or –FX type line card.
Note : if this connected to Linux, make since port to span all the traffic, instead of Trunk or port-channel.
Or you can connect to 2 different ports to Linux using different destination port as individuals if you looking more redundancy here.

switch 93180 EX
Yes connected to the linux
port-channel
config
switch monitor
you say port-channel config as Trunk or Access mode ?

there is limitation may be spend some time and read document give you direction
if i were you source acn be port-channel
destination use physical port which is connected to Linux - there is no configuration required on the destination port default the configuration of the port and use monitor port, so in Linux you can run any sniffer like tcpdump or wireshark you should get desire outcome.

Hello,
what if you change the lacp-rate to 'fast' ?
