This is not a restriction that i am aware of although there are some caveats on ports enabled for voice. Have a look at this 3750 guide for details -

Hi Jon,

In the document you mentioned, could you tell me how this translates into IOS commands?:

"You must set the maximum allowed secure addresses on the port to two plus the maximum number of secure addresses allowed on the access VLAN."
