problem connect server dl360p sfp newtwork adpter with GLC-T to switch 10/100

I NEED HELP 

first apologize for my bad english

i have server hp dl360p with sfp network adpter  and my switch zmc 10/100

i need connect server with GLC-t  with rj45 cable to my swith but not working  

when I connect straight up the cable to laptop or pc ,working true 

please help me 

what should I do؟

no cisco switch 

the old swith type zmc 10/100

when connect cable to laptop directly every things work but when connect cable to switch or mikrotik or modem adsl not working?

that's a cisco sfp , it may be supported on those devices , you could try hardcode it , to lower speed if they only support 100mb

I think you're right

I'll check this out tomorrow with a switch 1000 duplex
