Problem connecting switch cisco to DLINK converter DMC-700SC

Hello,

I had a problem when I tried to connect switch cisco 2960S with DLINK converter.

When I connected the converter with a switch that has a Gigaethernet interfaces the connection has established.

but with switch interfaces lower than Gigaethernet the connexion has fiailled.

I tried to set the speed at 100Mbps and to configure the converter in auto-negociation mode, the connexion has failled as well.

I want to know if this converter can support a speed interfaces lower than 1000Mbps
