Problem with my Catalyst 3550-48-SMI

The switch no work! The system led is solid green and other all is off. The port leds of 3-48 are solid green and they are not connect and 1-2 port leds are off. Anex the error file of console.

Any suggestions?

RMA the switch . If you don't have a contract then it is time to buy a new switch . That appears to be a hardware failure .

sh tech-support

and send the result to TAC

looks like the switch is faulty
