Hi,
I installed a new WS-C6509-E and shortly after was in Software-forced reload.
The message is:

15:19:28 UTC Wed Sep 21 2011: Breakpoint exception, CPU signal 23, PC = 0x425CEFF8

Possible software fault. Upon reccurence, please collect
crashinfo, "show tech" and contact Cisco Technical Support.

I replaced the SUP, the IOS, removed all modules interfaces and I have used two different power supplies. But the problem continues.
Has anyone had the same problem and knows how to solve?

Based on the amount of information you have provided, I can accurately say it's a software-caused crashed.
