QoS on 3560

Please, I need to configure the ingress QoS per port, but I just saw the the commands "mls qos srr-queue input" in global config not available per port. The manual said that there 2 queues to receive traffic before to go in the internal ring. Anyone knows if the queueus are per box or per port ? And what is internal ring ?

these tow ingress queues per port and it has four egress queues per port as well

u can use priority egress queue if u have voice
