Hello,
I have 2 ISP, and I have done the following thing to try to obtain a failover.
I created tow static route with different AD
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 gateway ISP1
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 gateway ISP2 10
ISP1 is connected on interface F0 and ISP2 on interface F1
when the F0 is down no problem all packets are routed to F1 to ISP2.
But sometimes, it seems that F0 is UP gateway to ISP1 is avaliable but no Internet service due to a problem on ISP1, in this case no failover to ISP2.
Someone have an idea to solve this problem? I don't know if I'm right but if the gateway of ISP1 is always available there are not failover to ISP2.
Is not possbile to check the availability of an Internet server for example the google domain and if this serveur is not available failover to ISP2.
Thank you

You will need to implment default static route tracking to accomplish that.
