I am configuring a 2600 series router to run Security device manager and when I put in the commands "ip http secure-server"and "transport input telnet ssh" they don't work. I am in global config mode.

There is really not enough detail in your description for us to help you figure out what the problem is. If you post the specifics of the configuration it would be helpful. And if you could provide some detail about the features not working that would also be helpful. If you use a browser are you using http for the address or are you using https? (https is needed for secure server)
If you use https, do you get a prompt? If so you are accessing the router and the problem is most likely in the authentication process. If there is no prompt then there is some other type of problem.
Also you comment that you are in global config, but transport input telnet ssh are not global commands, but are line commands. So a better explanation of what you are configuring and what are the symptoms would be helpful.

Drew,
It seems you don't have a crypto IOS on your router. You need a crypto IOS to be able to SSH and HTTPS for management.

Sounds like you need a new crypto image with "K9" in the imagename . This will support SSH and HTTPS .
