Hi,

   i have a question regarding route summarization. so here it is

The networks connected to router R2 have been summarized as a 192.168.176.0 / 21 route and sent to R1.  Which two packet dstination addresses will R1 forward to R2 ?

1. 192.168.194.160

2.192.168.183.41

3. 192.168.159.2

4. 192.168.183.255

5. 192.168.179.4

6. 192.198.184.85

So vaild address range is : 192.168.176.1 to 192.168.183.254 for 192.168.176.0/21

Answer is 2 & 5

1. 192.168.194.160 - Not in Range

2.192.168.183.41 - CORRECT

3. 192.168.159.2 - Not in Range

4. 192.168.183.255 - Broadcast address(Router will never forward)

5. 192.168.179.4 - CORRECT

6. 192.198.184.85 - Not in range
