RSTP to MSTP migration procedure

Hi Team,

Is there cisco recommend RSTP to MSTP migration procedure ?

I didn't find any cisco related document for this.

Currently network consist of Core (6500 Series) Switches, distribution (4500 series) switches and Access (3850, 2960X and C9300 series) switches.

Rapird PVST is currently in use. VTP version is 2. We have 128 vlan at moment as well.

I'm curious that how much time that we need for maintenance window

And also do we need to migrate all switches into MSTP ?
