Hi all,
We have a IP Contact Center setup. The calls taken the agents are recorded in a Verint Recorder Server which is in the same LAN (in a different VLAN). The customer is facing the issue of poor voice quality while the recorded calls are played back. Verint is telling its the issue of RTP packets missing/ dropped as they are sent for recording (from the IP Phones). Apparently the LAN looks healthy (Interface utilisation, Speed/ Duplex Settings, Input errors, CPU utilisation all checked and look okay). The IP Phones are connected to a 3750X stack which has a 10G uplink to the core switch. The Recorders are connected to a 4948 server switch which again has a 10G uplink to the core switch.
Any clues on how to troubleshoot this problem.
Many thanks for your support.
Gnanavel.
