SFP Inserted, but showing as "unknown" in Catalyst WS-C2960X-48FPS-L

I am using Cisco Branded DESCR: "1000BaseSX SFP".

Same SFP detecting in other slots.

But only in the below SFP slot, it is showing that "unknown"

Port Name Status         Vlan   Duplex    Speed  Type

Gi1/0/52    notconnect 1        auto        auto     unknown

How can i confirm that. its the problem of Slot?

Is there some command to enable the slot?

adding to other mates post - Gi1/0/52  - Means uplink port,  so it support 1GiG four or 10G Two, so are you using any 10GB on other ports
