SG350x-12pmv poe ports not connecting by direct cable connection

I've 2 x sg350x-12pmv switches i'm configuring for a datacentre.

They are fully configured and working

Problem is i've configured the management vlan on ports 1 and 11

If i boot the switch and it comes online, port 11 will not work with a direct cable for access on both switches

auto smartport has been disabled.

This is a POE port

Ports 5-12 are poe

I think this is a flaw in it's design.

As i've asked cisco for a solution and all they came back with was to wipe the switch and configure it manually to see if it occurs and it does.

Cisco SMB tac was s SME for this product, they should able to answer you if the feature mentioned were in the document.

or they may consider the next version as a feature request
