Show tech can increase cpu process.

Sure it will, show tech consume CPU, so when you running in production network (depends model you need to very careful, it may have network interruption also)

not sure why you like to run show tech every 1 minute (some of the show techs run more than 1 minute depending on the model and IOS code, so before finishing you run another force show tech  - chances are there router will crash).

Memory impact?

Little to none, I would expect, unless you're saving output to flash "memory".

CPU impact?

Like the other posters, yes, would expect it to use CPU.

However, would additional CPU usage be detrimental?

Don't know.  Much depends on how its CPU consumption is prioritized (by Cisco).

BTW, where were you planning to direct its output?

Depends on the model of the router/switch and the firmware, but, there are numerous Bug IDs about crashes caused by "sh tech", they are:  CSCvd29392, CSCuv83370, CSCul00025, CSCvv25703, CSCus52394, CSCvy34930, CSCvg22277, CSCto60047, CSCvn55969 and many, many more.

Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, did you enjoy the show?

No, the cinema ran out of popcorns.

Oops, possibly Leo, and any non-USA readers, didn't "get" my allusion.  If so, my apologies.

for me I interest to know which movie you talk about.
I see Avtar with my family and first one was much much better, even if Cinematic Video effect is best until now.

Like many others, not sure why you would run a show tech every minute.  If you're trying to capture a show tech after a certain event happens you might consider and EEM script to run after a certain trigger event happens.
