sip trunk change codec problem

my system is cucm 12.5 teher is no voice gateway and ı can call outside but couln't hear voice and ı can call outside to inside there is no problem but telco say your codec ranking is wrong so you couldn't call outside.

but the telco want

how can ı change this on sip trunk
