Spanning tree protocol: password?

Our customer is requesting a strong password to secure spanning tree. Could you please confirm that spanning tree doesn't support any pwd?

I too go with Paolo. There is no password configuration for STP.

Maybe they meant VTP...

In which case, yes - STP itself, you cannot input a password, it just doesnt make sense.
