Hi,
Can a WS-C3750X-12S coexist in an existing stack made up of a WS-C3750G-12S and a WS-C3750G-24TS?
thanks
Mike

Sorry Edison, I'm really sorry but I'll disagree with you on this ...
3750X-12S will not be compatible with the 3750G-12S because the latter (3750G-12S) only has 16 mb of flash.
The 3750X-12S is supported starting from IOS version 12.2(58)SE1. This version isn't supported with 3750/3750G models with 16mb of flash because the BIN file alone is >16mb.
If your other 3750G-24TS has 16mb of flash, then my answer is still the same.

Mike,
That is correct. The flash card is not upgradeable for these switches.

Thanks Edison.

Thanks for the answer, that explains much. I don't suppose you can buy flash memory to upgrade a 3750 that shipped from the factory with only 16 mb?
thanks
