I have packet lost on many port on 2950 switch . When Check out the problem i see the management vlan have very strange ping .
Ever seen such a thing :
Please attention to the ping time !! ( raise at each packet and then normal )

Looking at the Round Trip Time to the Management Address on a Switch is not a reliable method of working out performance as the switch will treat ICMP packets with low priority.
What sort of responses do you get when you ping from one host to another on the SAME switch?
Have you checked the processor and memory usage of the switch?
Thanks

If your concerned about traffic traversing the switch I would check the error counters with "show interface <interface>" and see if anything but "0" is shown on each interface.

Hi ,
Thank you for replay
Ping to another host is normal except 2 port connect to 2 different network .
At this port with problem i have packet lost , when packet lost happen the activity LED on interface is off and then on .( for a second everything ok then packet lost happen and LED off for 1 sec and on for 5 sec ).
A movie of problem :

The processor and memory is normal .
