Successful ping then request timeout.

I have configured a 3 tier network using VLAN, STP, Etherchannel, HSRP and would add OSPF on core layer. But after having a connection test around Distribution to Access layer, the pings from some PCs are loss. Sometimes it can ping different a certain IP then after a minutes when I try to ping again, it says request timeout. Sometimes packet is loss while ping is ongoing. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, so any help is appreciated.

Note: I have to have PC on a different VLAN per access switch. So that they can place any department to any floor(switch).

The red line on the picture attached is where the timeout usually happens. But do happens on different PC too.

You should add switchport mode trunk on po1 on Dist-Sw2.
In my experience PT and Etherchannels and HSRP is not that reliable.

All the show commands and configuration seems right, but packets and pings are a bit flunky.

To me you configuration seems correct, and this should work IRL.
One last thought: Are you sure the VLANs have been created on all switchen?

Could you try to remove the etherchannel i PT and set it up with just the redundancy STP gives?

What is the Default gateway configured as on the clients?

Maybe you could share the PT file?

It should be created on all the switches the VLAN traverses. If you send traffic to a switch on a VLAN that is not created on the switch, the traffic will be black-holed. :-(
