Switch 2960 Console output freeze!

Hi Cisco Folks, Hope everyone keeping safe...

I have a switch WS-C2960-24TT-L in my store and I was doing some firmware upgrades for some switches at my work store.

I found a strange behavior from the output on the console screen, please see attached for more information.

the switch loads the IOS and the process for me look normal but then froze and it doesn't want to reach the command prompt.

Using SecureCRT Version 8.3.3 and Putty, I'm sure it is not in the BUND or speed of the console as I can see all the output normal. as per the attached.

I read that one guy had the same issue but the post doesn't show that it is resolved.

Thanks for your time and attention.

Cheers

Amr

Kind regards
Amr

Well, it is resolved... the issue is the console cable pin is not working properly, I changed the cable and it loads the command prompt normal.
I believe the cable had some pins maybe not fixed well, Thank you so much Leo for your replies it is highly appreciated

Try a different IOS version.

Thanks, Leo, for your reply,

How I can try if I can't get the command prompt, in other words, the switch is not able to reach/load the command prompt.

I shared a text file containing all the output of the switch and where it is freezed.

Kind regards
Amr

Are you able to force the switch into ROMMON?
