switch convert mode virtual doesnt show

Hi!!! I have two 4500X Catalyst and want to configure VSS but I dont have this command available:

switch convert mode virtual

Any clue?

The switch has the right license level (IP Base or Enterprise) but wrong IOS.  VSS/Easy VSS support starts with IOS-XE version 3.7.0E with bootstrap version SG11.

The configuration I made is in attach.

Regarding the command, when I wright Switch and then ? the option available, only, is virtual; I don't have the option convert.

Have you configured switch a to be member 1 and switch b to be member 2?

VSS-sw1(config)#switch virtual domain 100
Domain ID 100 config will take effect only
after the exec command ‘switch convert
mode virtual’ is issued
VSS-sw1(config-vs-domain)#switch 1
VSS-sw1(config-vs-domain)#

VSS-sw2(config)#switch virtual domain 100
Domain ID 100 config will take effect only 
after the exec command ‘switch convert
mode virtual’ is issued
VSS-sw2(config-vs-domain)#switch 2
VSS-sw2(config-vs-domain)#

Please follow the guide that InnayathUlla has shared. Hopefully you will not have problems if you follow it.
