Not sure what IOS you are running, but check out this bug: CSCsg64306.
Under certain conditions multicast mac entries do not get installed and
throws up an "HASH BUCKET" collision error message with "Page full" as
the reason.

I posted a bug that matched the error you saw in the syslog.
%MCAST-SP-6-L2_HASH_BUCKET_COLLISION
Symptom:
Under certain conditions multicast mac entries do not get installed and
throws up an "HASH BUCKET" collision error message with "Page full" as
the reason.
Conditions:
When the page (16 entries) corresponding to the hash of the MAC entry
to be installed is full, the entry is rejected.
Workaround:
No workarounds.
Further Problem Description:
If the page (16 entries) in the L2 CAM table corresponding to the hash
of the MAC entry which is to be installed is full, the entry is rejected. It
does not replace the any of the existing dynamic entries.
The page could be full because of source MACs learnt by the hardware.
Such a condition could occur when the number of source MACs learnt
is very high like in metro ethernet.
Default behaviour of hardware is not to replace dynamic entries under
pagefull condition.
