I have tried on two 3512-XL-EN,same problem so I've no idea how to upgrade ios in a normal way,at this point my solution is copy all the files one by one using copy tftp flash (fortunately there are less than 20 files)

Using WIreShark,I see 2 error packages every time I do this
first one is buffer overflow code 3
and the second one is unknown error code 0 and session terminated

I think something might cause this problem is flash directory

weird? in the documents it shouldn't be no such file.... dir works as dir flash and dir flash doesn't work?
