Hi everyone,

when I want to start the packet tracer it asks me to login, I login with my cisco email address but it shows me that there is no netacad account associated with my account. Can someone please help me for logging in?

Hello,

The NetAcad account is separate form your CISCO login. You need to register and an account to be able to use packet tracer.

https://www.netacad.com/

Once you do that you have to register for at least 1 course (again free) here: https://www.netacad.com/courses/packet-tracer

Once you verify and get an account then you can log in the packet tracer program like it asks you.

Its been a while since I did it but I believe those are the steps.

Hello David,

Thank you for your response, I know that and I created an account in netacad, I started the packetracer course and navigate to its end but the problem is not resolved. Actually my netacad account is associated with my cisco account but unfortunately I face the same problem as before. I need to contact netacad for further help but I just found a robot which is not helping me at all.

Hello again,

I opened a skillsforall acount and signed in with that account. I think the problem was the version of the software which I used which was a bit old. Now with that account, its working.
