Hello,
Is there a way to turn off 802.1x authentication messages to the console of a 3750 switch? The issue we have is that we like to monitor the terminal when remotely configuring our switches. However, every time a computer authenticates to the network we get messages and sometimes quite a few depending on the situation.
Thanks, Elton

Elton,
you could use a logging discriminator to filter undesired messages.
An example:
! filter out MAB or AUTHMGR messages (Pipe "|" means "OR")
logging discriminator DOT1X facility drops MAB|AUTHMGR
! applying to console-logging
logging console discriminator DOT1X

Hi Elron,
May be you will have to disable entire logging on console using "no logging console" .
I'm not aware of any command which specifically disable 802.1x im affraid :-(

Yeah I haven't found anything as of yet either. We like to see our interfaces come up obviously and other messages but most of the time we don't need to know when a computer authenticates on a port. Ill keep looking. Thanks for your help.
