I have two interfaces on multiple servers connecting to two switches for iSCSI traffic only. I'm not able to ping any interface IP connected to either of the two switches if I do a ping from either switch. I'm having retransmit errors on the SAN and I think the problem may be in the switch configuration.
Here are my two switch configurations.
I think the problem may be the four switch ports. The 3560-X/T/S has a dedicated management port so instead of vlan 665 I think I may need to replace the VLAN for the uplinks from 665 to 14??

According to your post, vlan 665 is for managment and 14 for iSCSI. So, all the ports connected to iSCSI need to be in vlan 14.

You need to convert the port channel that runs between these switches over to a trunk so that you can pass the additional VLAN.

After doing switchport mode trunk the following error is returned:
An interface whose trunk encapsulation is "Auto" can not be configured to "trunk" mode.

put in "switchport trunk encap dot1q" before you hard set the port to trunk. Sorry, missed that bit.
