Upgrade replacement standby SUP card C9400

Hi,

I have a C9400 with double SUP version 16.11 (in install mode).

one of these SUP card has crash and i have received another but with version 16.6.

how i can upgrade this new card, 16.6 to 16.11, without stop the active SUP?

i don't have spare C9400 for upgrade the new card.

any idea?

Hi Balaji,

I can't use this method, because i can't remove the active SUP (already 16.11) for upgrade the "standby" SUP (16.6 to 16.11).
The end customer don't want any network stop.

You mean you have already upgraded Active supervisor, then same procedure upgrade secondary also right ?

you don't understand my problem.

the secondary has crash, and i receive a new SUP in 16.6.

But my primary SUP is 16.11

for upgrade the secondary SUP, i must unplugged the primary SUP and plug the secondary for upgrade => But i can't unppluged the primary because i can't doing down the network.
