What's the EASIEST way to find any security advisories related to IOS version 12.2(18)SXD ? Do I really must digg all the http://www.cisco.com/go/psirt page ?

Cisco should provide us a combobox style page where you can enter your product and os version to find all security advisories related to the product.

Seriously, I just watch a demo of Cisco IntelliShield Alert Manager. It look like this product is exactly what I'm lookin for...can anybody have any experience with IntelliShield Alert Manager ?
