Upgrading WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE from CatOS to IOS

I have a WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE that is running CatOS and I would like to change it over to IOS. Does anyone have a link or process to do this?

Actually, I found this earlier and its to go from CatOS to IOS... I need it the other way... Is it really as simple as doing these steps in reverse?

If I understood your above post correctly, isn't that what you are asking for. From CatOS to IOS? Why would you want to go back to Cat?
