what do you mean cross over cable ? Ethernet cross cable, i dont think you need cross cable,  RJ45 straigh cable should work.

again this comment based on the informaiton, please provide more information for us to assists correctly

your ports eth1/13 and eth1/14 are down. Try to use standard stright cables as these switches have MDIX capability .

Hey guys I'm close. but member ports are down. Two Nexus 3000 connected via Cross over cable to Cisco 3500.

Please help two Cisco Nexus 3000 connected to cisco 3500 via crossover.

There is type2 inconsistency'

This solve by add vlan and config svi for vlan in both vpc 

For connection to 3500 are both nsk and 3500 run same lacp ?

Thank you, sir, can I create a VLAN and add all VPC related ports to the VLAN although all of the VPC configuration has been completed.

I will also create the SVI interface,

Cross over cable

you do not need cross over cable to connect to end Device.
