what do you mean cross over cable ? Ethernet cross cable, i dont think you need cross cable, RJ45 straigh cable should work.

Hello @customerservice ,
your ports eth1/13 and eth1/14 are down. Try to use standard stright cables as these switches have MDIX capability .

There is type2 inconsistency'
This solve by add vlan and config svi for vlan in both vpc
For connection to 3500 are both nsk and 3500 run same lacp ?

Thank you, sir, can I create a VLAN and add all VPC related ports to the VLAN although all of the VPC configuration has been completed.

have you checked the vPC troubleshooting :
Cross over cable
you do not need cross over cable to connect to end Device.
