I would like to know what is the maximum temperature that a module can work without having any problem?

I looked on the internet for a document where I had this information, but I didn't find anything, if anyone can share, I'd appreciate it.

In that case then I should consider the (Storage temperature), right?

i would advise heat should one need consider to be low tempareture due that chips may go bad or malfunction

The temperatures you listed are gathered from sensors on the modules themselves. Ambient operating temperature will play a part as blowing warmer air across the modules will result in less cooling and higher ASIC temperatures. 

The document I provided outlines the minimum / maximum module temperature thresholds and the action the system takes when these thresholds are crossed. You absolutely want to stay within the operating and storage temperatures that others have posted. 

If you want to monitor this actively, you could set up an EEM script to run a show command of this information every so often and then dump that information to a file on the flash that you can then export to a server somewhere.
