Hi mark,

Thank you so much. That means IOS XE is used only for cisco 3650, 3850 stack switches and ASR 1000 series , right ?

Thanks,

Abhijith

Hi ios-xe also used on the cisco wireless controllers the wlcs , it may be on others I just know for certain its on those models

If you checke

the platforms on Cisco website you will be able to see what ios or ios-xe version they use by the image you would download , as the ios-xe contain the ios version as well as there own ios-xe version in the code

3.16.2 is ios xe and 15.5.3 is IOS
