Configuration based on your Core switch how you like to connect and you like achieve.

1. you like to connect single link  - Trunk configuration

2. you want to connect dual-link - Port-channel

3. you want to make it L2 Port-channel - Port-channel with required VLAN allowed

4. you like to make L3 port-channel - Port-channel with IP address configured.

5. or just point to point interface. - interface with no switch port and IP configured

The choice is yours and depends on your requirements?

Your question does not have a sense for me? any switch can be part of the network and they act as Core switch or can act as Access switch depends on where you place.

we need you to explain what is your goal to suggest in the best way.

Thanks for bringing some sense in me. Let me correct my question.

If you want those four SFP ports to work then you'll need to stick corresponding SFP modules.

I know that, is configuration needed/necessary?

Depends.  Are the SFP ports meant as an access port(s) or Trunk?

What SFPs are prepared for this?

Not possible.
3750G will only support 1 Gbps SFP.
SFP+ is NOT supported.

Reason being what? Can you please explain why not?

Does it make sense to you now?

Point-to-point

if you looking for Point to Point, then get the Right SFP, which is 1GB one, which is compatibility for your model of the switch.

Make sure you have the right optic depends on the distance between your uplink switch.

configure with no switch port - give IP address to communicate with each other side between uplink switch and this switch.
