when we use bvi on access point

hi every body

i want to know following:

what is the purpose of bvi?

An access point needs only one ip address for management then why do we need bvi?

The BVI is your management IP address and the IP address is placed there to identify that is part of your current subnet.

The physical interfaces have the bridge-group commands to forward traffic from the wired network to the wireless network and vice-versa.

What place do you suggest placing the management IP address ? Think of the BVI the same way as the SVI on a 2950 switch.
