You have no ping between PC device, check the Local PC FW disable and test it.

To ping between different networks , aka 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.2.2, you need a router or L3 sw with interface vlan x (SVI) and routing enabled.  you do not have it.  I guess L3 next to PCs should be their def. gate. right?

if so, just add SVIs; aka interlace vlan x with 192.168.1.1  and int vlan y with 192.168.2.1 on other one.

if you change one of PC IP so that are on same network, i.e. 192.168.1.x /24, they should be able to ping ok.

You can attach the lab file and we can take a look also i would suggest you to play the ping in simulation mode it gives you an amazing detailed view.
