Hi
Just powered up the 4503-E chasing with Sup7-E and a WS-4712-SFP-E. Going through the configuration shows the card is not supported.
Checked the website, it definitely is. Do not know how to go about it.
HELP!!!!

Hi,
What is the version of IOS you are running?
According to the data sheet, the minimum IOS version to support this module is
3.1.0SG.

Dear Reza
Thanks for the reply.
We don't have a problem with the tranceivers. it's the 4712-SFP-E itself which is showing unsupported blade module.
