Did you want to see c2960s-universalk9-mz.152-2.E9.bin if exist? I have delete and upload for several times from xmodem and tftp. But it does exist.

Yes, I need to see if the image size matches or if there is anything Else it’s trying to boot from.

dir flash:
Directory of flash:/

2 -rwx 5479 Jun 20 2019 21:46:16 +08:00 private-config.text
625 -rwx 3096 Jan 2 2006 08:01:47 +08:00 multiple-fs
4 -rwx 16800768 Jun 20 2019 21:35:51 +08:00 c2960s-universalk9-mz.152-2.E9.bin

That error message, to me, sounds like the BIN fine is corrupted in some way.
Can you reboot the appliance again by PULLING THE POWER CABLE?

Yes, I have done several reboot...

Do the following commands to boot from the following image.  or copy and paste. Make sure everything matches the same.
switch:BOOT=flash:c2960s-universalk9-mz.152-2.E9.bin
switch:boot

I did this command before, and it will show the error same as power-on after loading ios.

Can you try loading, say, 12.2(55)SE train?
