From how I see it its still not possible, even with the latest TMS versions.
Its either booking or pre defined conferences. At least they can be managed now with the
conference control center, but at least I am not aware of any way to use these within
scheduling.
I would recomend you take it with your Cisco Channel to file a feature request.

And what about adding Rooms in TMS (Add systems, Advanced Settings) ?
By doing this, you will be able to associate a room to a permanent meeting and since a Room has a System ID in TMS, it will be bookable as other systems.

If you add 2 other systems to a booking with that solution, the MCU will cal itself, so you will see a loop. I'm using CPL to block the MCU from calling itself.

By adding resources I can integrate virtual rooms.
Do I have to use CPL to block the mcu from calling itsef, or is there a parameter on mcu config to do so as well?
