Hi All,
We have one c series endpoint with ISDN link. How can I dial a audio call from C -series endpoint. Currently we are able place video calls to other video endpoints, but calls to telephones/mobiles were not going.
Please guide me is there any settings to be changed to initiate audio call or it will be automatically negotiated.

Hi Binesh,
It is possible from remote control also .
Use 4th softkey to select callrate .

Hi Binesh.
To call audio only calls, you will have to set the bandwidth for the call to "Audio" .
This can be done on the on screen display menu, on the touch panel or even if you are trying to call from the http interface.

Could you please add screen shot/ picture selecting "audio" option. I couldn't find the same on OSD / web interface.

Thank you. Got it. we are able to place call through web interface.
But through remote control , is this setting is available. please confirm
