I just upgraded a C40 codec to the TC6.0.0 software and now I can't get my self-view camera image on the right screen of a dual video setup. It was there before. I do see the PC image if I push Presentation. before a call and during a call I only get a black screen for the camera self-view. But I can get a PIP on the left screen of the camera image. I have reinstalled the upgrade software twice and still no image.

My understanding - It's not fixed and it will not be fixed in the future. From Cisco point of view it's a feature not a bug. Have something to do with people seeng themselves and not acting naturaly during the meeting. I might be wrong though.

Interesting comment. My opinion and from what I've been told about it from TAC, it's a bug because it breaks existing behavior of the codec, something that wasn't supposed to have happened and was missed when testing TC6.

I'm running a TC6.1.0 beta load and can set this ok using the touch panel we have connected to our CTS-P55DC60...
Self view starts out on the left side:
press and hold down on the selfview tile on the touch panel then drag it to other side:
Click on the self view tile now it is on right hand screen
Select maximize and the self view is now full screen on the right hand monitor (it doesn't seem possible to drag it across when it is maximized - guess that is a bit like MS Windows 7)

Great now how do you do this with either the remote controller or an AMX touch panel?

Maybe it will work the same in 6.1?

I could only move it around the first screen and maximize it on the first screen with the remote and TC6.1.0 Beta
However, these two xconfigurations are also in TC6.1.0 Beta which seem to do the business - I think they exist in TC6.0.0 as well
xConfiguration Video SelfviewDefault FullscreenMode: On
xConfiguration Video SelfviewDefault OnMonitorRole: Second

I was also able to get the same Selfview behavior as it was in TC5.X with these two commands:
xConfiguration Video SelfviewDefault OnMonitorRole: second
xConfiguration Video SelfviewDefault FullscreenMode:on
Now, there is another issue with the presentation on the secondary screen.
When the presentation is turned on with Fullscreen Selfview, it takes the
entire secondary screen, which is fine.
But then, when it is turned off, the Selfview is not in Fullscreen anymore, but it returns as PiP on the secondary screen.
Any thoughts around this behavior ?

Hi All,
This issue is seen in TC6.x as there has been a change in behavior/code. Cisco has opened Bug Id CSCue74341 for this and a solution/workaround is likely expected in TC6.2 release.
