c20 camera not working

I have a tandberg C20 and EX60

I am placing a call from EX60 to C20. I am getting the audio but no video.C20 user can see me but I cant see the on my EX60.

Light on C20 is amber now. I am not sure what that means

Can you please help in troubleshooting this issue

Hi Uday,

  Please confirm the software version running on C20.

If there is abmer light on the camera and there is no video/control from camera then it might be a known issue if you are using PHD 4X camera.

In case the software version is TC4.X then you need to upgrade the camera manually.  Steps are provided in the document.
