A C60 was installed back in June, and it has been experiencing lockups. The lockups occur when the unit is not in a call or is in standby. We see video from the cameras moving, but the IR remote and RS232 are not working, it will not accept a call. When locked up there is a row of pixels on the top 1/3 of the monitor 1 output that are blue (picture in link below). Rebooting the codec always resolves the issue, but it usually occurs again within 1 day to 1 week. We have considered that heat could be a cause of the issue, but so far steps to increase venting have not resolved the lockup issue. Wondering if Firmware is the next thing to try.

hi,
what is the camera status (xstat camera) when this issue happen.
Yes, I recommend that you upgrade your codec software as it will also update your camera firmware also.

Hi Jeff,
I would recommend to first upgrade the software to TC 5.1.5 , observe it for some time.
If Issue persists, please change the software image to the other one.
If Issue persists, then please go ahead and raise a TAC for the replacement of the codec.
Thanks,
Saurabh
