After upgrading two C60s to TC6.0.1, I received a diagnostic error stating "no cameras found". Downgrading to TC5 did not resolve the issue.
I would like to find out what is causing this before I upgrade my last two C60s. Thanks.

Hi Everett,
Please share more details:
camera model: 12X or 4x
"xstatus camera" logs
after the upgrade was there any software upgrade on the camera initiated.
If not already performed , please do a hard boot to the codec by disconnecting the cables form codec.
let us know the results.

Have you tried to factory-reset the C60 and reinstalling TC5 or TC6 software?

During the time "No cameras found." is reported via diagnostic is the camera still working ?
What does "xstatus Camera" tell you, and can you control the camera?
