Dear All,
I have CCM 4.1(3).
One publisher and two subscribers( sub 'A' and Sub 'B').
Problem definition:
1) Consider phone with ect XYZ is registered on Sub 'A'.
Here if we forward all calls to a specific number say PQR and then try to cancel it wither from phone itself or from CCM admin...i can see that there is no number in Forward All option under the directory as well as display of the phone is also clear. But if we call on ext XYZ call is still being forwarded to the old number PQR.
Need help to resolve the problem.
Thanks !

Hi,
IT might be a broken cluster replication, verify using dblhelper.
Or you might have another directory number which has the forwarding enabled, in aseparate partition or as a shared line.

Hi,
There is no shared line or other extension configured in different partition.
When we check Route plan report , it shows that this is unique extension.
Is the cluster not in sync?

It can happen, do you have dblhelper.exe under your hands? that utility will tell you if that is the problem, if not then TAC can provide one for you.
Also consider using DNA (directory number analysis tool) to track what happens with that call.

Dear All,
Many Thanks for the useful information.
The problem was resolved after restarting the corresponding services and maintaining the sql database synchronization.
Thanks again !
