We are in the process of deploying Video in our 9.1(2) CUCM cluster. We have the conductor trunk configured and calls are routing fine to the TS.
The SIP Max message size has been updated to 11000 on the Publisher for Cluster wide settings, but if a phone is registered to a specific subscriber the call will drop after about 30 seconds. Another phone registered to the a different subscriber works without issue. If I move the problem phone to that subscriber they work without issue as well.
The TS logs have the following entries:
call 285: bad video recieve
call 285: Closing call due to failed reINVITE
call 285: disconnecting, 19025@X.X.X.X - service unavailble
I have looked at the CUCM traces and I see no messages concerning the ignoring of messages due to size. I haven't restarted the CUCM process of the problem CUCM, is that a possibility? Again I can move the phone to register to another server and the issue doesn't occur.
Any help would be appreciated...
Thanks,
Joe

Any ideas on this?

Hi,
First thing to check: does the SIP Trunk have the "Run on all nodes" checked? This allows all CallManagers to use this trunk. If you dont want all of them to use the trunk, you need to set the turnk to use a device pool associated to a CallManager Group wich contains all the CallManagers that you want to use that trunk.
Second thing: Is the Location on Conductor configured with the IP addresses of all the CallManagers?

The SIP trunk is set to Run on All Nodes, I rebooted the subscriber in question but there was no change. Still see the following in the logs...
5547 | 15:37:31.432 | SIP | Info | Incoming call from 10.3.4.33:41097 |
5548 | 15:37:31.433 | APP | Info | call 470: new incoming SIP call from "19205@10.29.2.10" |
5549 | 15:37:31.780 | APP | Info | call 470: "XXXX XXXXX" now joined conference "24900.rendezvous_mtg" |
5550 | 15:37:52.173 | SIP | Error | call 470: Closing call due to failed reINVITE |
5551 | 15:37:52.173 | CMGR | Info | call 470: disconnecting, "19205@10.29.2.10" - service unavailable |
5552 | 15:37:52.174 | APP | Info | call 470: tearing down call from "XXXX XXXXX" - destroy at far end request; unavailable |
5553 | 15:37:52.215 | SIP | Warning | call 470: Unable to successfully terminate dialog with BYE |
It appears it is disconnected after about 20 seconds...
Any help would be appreciated...I am going to engage TAC Monday.
Thanks,
Joe

Hi Joe,
CUCM SIP traces and a conductor diagnostic level log covering the failed call would be needed to see what is happening here as this could be caused by several possible issues. If you do not want to post those here I would advise opening a TAC Service Request and provide those traces to start.
