Hi Expert,
Can I disable or hide the "New number" from the call forward menu?
And also add / setup another number which provide by the company in the list.

And also add / setup another number which provide by the company in the list. --> No. The info is used from the user's info in the CUCM enduser page.

as dear @b.winter said, you can not disable or hide that..
but best you could do is limit what they can reach via CSS config..
go to this path:
>> CUCM >> Directory Number >> under Call Forward And Call Pickup Settings >> see "Forward All" option >> set a Bogus CSS
with using a Bogus CSS (which is a CSS can not reach any number at all)
if user try to use Forward option in Jabber, he\she can not do this..
