Hello,
We are running CUCM 9.1.2 and are starting to migrate some TP units over as the call control. So far we have about 3 EX90s and 3 C20s moved over, and they seem to be working fine. The only hang up is that the units cannot dial 800 numbers since we moved them over. I know that an 800 number call can be received, but nothing outbound. Seems odd since a new DX650 which is essentially running the same profiles works fine. Any help is appreciated.

What kind of gateways are you using? SIP/h323/MGCP? Can you post debug isdn q931,debug voip ccapi inout and relevant configs. If its a SIP trunk, make sure that Early Offer is turned on the SIP trunks in CUCM. Also make sure that the DTMF capability is set as RFC2833 on the CUBE.

It actually was something related to the SIP trunk. Our network engineer was configuring some things and I was testing at the same time. Communication goes a long way.
