CISCO C20 CONNECTING TO VCS-E-ports needed to open

Hello VTC gurus ! Thanks for the help !!

Just need assistance on what ports to needed open between a CISCO C20 (sofware ver 5) behind a firewall and a VCS-e. At this time VCS-e can communicate to my C20 but the call drops as soon as I accept the call.
