Cisco Conductor - exceeding license issue

Hi

We have Cisco Conductor XC3.0.2 with two vTS with total 12 ports license.

We were able to do conference 8 to 10 participants previously

But in few days, we started facing issue of exceeding license alert on Conductor, even if we do 3-4 party conference...!!

In conductor we still see 6+6=12 screen license includes two vTS

Also when we do 3-4 conference, resource utilization on each vTS going more than 85%

Here I have attached the screen shot of conductor conference bridge.

Can you provide a screenshot of the conference template you're using? Usually it's related to a misconfigured template that is set to cascade or an incorrect number of screens, etc.

resolved. Issue was with video quality selected.

Full HD on video and content will consume more than one screen license..!

Per Table 8 on the TelePresence Server Datasheet, FullHD video+content will actually consume 2 screen licenses.
